What are you grateful for?

I saw this segment on the news this evening and I couldn’t wait to share with you. Last year my employer did some leadership training and exercises for the ladies of the company. One thing that stood out to me was the exercise to write down 3 things you were grateful for each day. I did pretty well logging until I became consumed by to much negativity and forgot to practice being grateful.
