Day 1 – CREATE A “MINDFUL” CHRISTMAS GRATITUDE LIST.

Start your day a bit early tomorrow and enjoy your first cup of tea or coffee alone or give yourself a 10 minute break in the afternoon to create a “mindful” gratitude list. Be thoughtful I’m not asking for you to physically write this list down (because as soon as you do your spouse, boss, children, furry friend will want or need you). Spend this time thinking of all the things you’re grateful for. These should include some items money cannot buy.

My grateful list will start something like this:

  1. Having an awesome husband, 2 wonderful children, son and daughter in laws and 3 grand babies.
  2. This past week I have had several calls or interview’s scheduled. Maybe by Christmas I will have a new job🤞🏻
  3. Currently no need to commute anywhere 🤣🤣🤣.
